Apparently, the balloons help increase the satisfaction of your little sims just by looking at them. It gives them the reassurance that you spent a whole $9 for them to gaze at majestic airships. Aren’t you just a peachy city overlord?
Here’s to hoping that the next DLC will be for the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. You know what? I think I’d actually pay for that.
